Rach is a pre-licenced Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) and a play therapist candidate. Rach graduated from Antioch University of Seattle in 2024 and completed the Play Therapy Certification Program from Antioch in 2025. She completed her internship with Eastside Play Therapy where she worked with children, adolescents, parents, and adults. She provides individualized care and utilizes Child - Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Sandtray Therapy, Narrative Therapy, strengths-based approach, and systemic modalities when working with people of all ages. Rach creates a warm, empathetic, and safe space so her clients can fully express themselves, process life stressors, and strive towards growth.
