Licensed/Associate Clinician
Position: Therapist/Mental Health Counselor
Hours: Part-time to Full-time
Location: Bellevue/Olympia/Montesano
This is a W2 employee position that pays per client hour. Your pay rate for each session depends on your training, experience, and licensure level. You can decide what hours you work based on office availability, which may include some late evenings and/or Saturdays.
This is a great opportunity for a therapist who wants to work with children and youth aged 2-24 and their families, as well as adults/couples, to work in a private group practice without the pressure of running their own business. This position is either hybrid (in-person/telehealth) or telehealth-only.
We believe that inequitable systems of power and privilege in the field of therapy provide fewer opportunities for professionals from marginalized communities to transition into private or group practice settings. For this reason, we especially encourage BIPOC, LGBTQ, immigrant, or differently-abled therapists to apply.
