Licensed Clinician/ Associate Clinician

Position: Therapist/Mental Health Counselor

Hours: Part-time to  Full Time

Location: Olympia/Montesano/Redmond

Olympia Therapy is a thriving women-owned group practice that promotes child, adolescent, and family wellness. We are seeking multiple child, teen, and family therapists to join our established and growing team to provide quality, affordable therapeutic services to all, regardless of income and insurance.

This is a W2 employee position that pays per client hour, and your pay rate for each session depends on your training, experience, and licensure level. You can decide what hours you work based on office availability, and hours must include some late evenings and/or Saturdays.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to work with children and youth aged 2-24 and their families (adults are also seen at Olympia Therapy) and to work in a private group practice without the pressure of running their own business. This position is either hybrid in-person/telehealth or telehealth only.

We believe that inequitable systems of power and privilege in the field of therapy provide fewer opportunities for professionals from marginalized communities to transition into private or group practice settings. For this reason, we especially encourage BIPOC, LGBTQ, immigrant, or differently-abled therapists to apply.
