Getting Started
1. Fill out the Waitlist form with as much detail as possible so we can match you with the right provider.
2. Our Intake Specialist will contact you within 3-5 business days via the email you used. If you haven't heard from us in this time, please reach out at hello@olympiatherapy.com to inquire further.
3. Our Intake Specialist will reach out when a provider has options to schedule you and send you intake paperwork sent through our secure client portal- Simple Practice.
PLEASE NOTE:
While we work hard to get clients into therapy as efficiently as possible, it can take time, much like other specialized medical providers. This is dependent on many things, including the level of care needed, insurance coverage, and availability on our clinician's caseloads.
There is a high need for services for children & adolescents. We encourage families seeking care to place them on multiple waitlists. If you are willing to see an Intern supervised by our team of specialists, this will cut down on your wait times significantly.
At this time, we are not providing services for cases with legal/court involvement.
Meet our Admin
Ashley Strobl
Meet Ashley, a valued member of our OT team since July 2024. Although her home base is at our Tumwater office, she provides support to all our office locations. What she loves most about her role is being part of an amazing, collaborative team.
