Group Therapy
Healing Happens Together
Our therapy groups are rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection and community. These groups offer more than conversation—they’re intentional spaces to be seen, supported, and transformed. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or life changes, you're not alone.
We offer a range of group experiences for all ages, including:
Process & Support Groups – for deeper exploration and shared healing
Psychoeducational Groups – to learn tools and strategies in community
Affinity & Identity Groups – spaces that honor lived experience and shared understanding
Come as you are. Grow as you go. We're here to walk with you.
