Healing Happens Together

At the heart of our therapy groups is the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it unfolds in relationship. When we gather in community, we make space for vulnerability, reflection, and growth in ways that feel supported, witnessed, and shared.

Our groups offer more than just a place to talk. They are intentional spaces to be seen and held, to challenge old narratives, and to learn new ways of being—with ourselves and with others. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity exploration, or life transitions, there is power in knowing you’re not alone.

We offer a range of group experiences for all ages, including:
Process & Support Groups – for deeper exploration and shared healing
Psychoeducational Groups – to learn tools and strategies in community
Affinity & Identity Groups – spaces that honor lived experience and shared understanding

Come as you are. Grow as you go. We're here to walk with you.

Our group offerings change based on the needs of our communities.
Let us know what groups you need via the interest form below.
