My name is Erin, and I'm passionate about working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. I strive to build a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic relationship in which young people feel heard and empowered, while partnering with parents and caregivers to better understand and support their child’s needs. I’m particularly interested in continuing to develop my skills in play therapy, nature-based interventions, and other experiential approaches that can help young people build emotional awareness, regulation, and adaptive coping skills.
