"Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive." — Howard Thurman Brynn believes therapy should feel alive, responsive, and human. She’s not the ethereal therapist who floats in calm perfection—she’s quirky, direct, grounded, and joyfully creative. Sessions are flexible and shaped by what feels right for each client. While play is one of the many tools she uses, the heart of her work is figuring out together what helps you regulate, connect, and grow. Brynn loves working with ADHDers, and she also welcomes those who feel “out of sync,” “too much,” or “never quite fitting the mold.” She helps children, adolescents, and adults discover resilience and regulation in ways that feel authentic and doable. Therapy with Brynn is never forced—it’s collaborative, creative, and centered on what you need. Before opening her practice, Brynn worked with homeless and at-risk youth in Seattle and later in community mental health, supporting diverse children, families, and parents. These experiences shaped her commitment to meeting people where they are and honoring the unique ways each person finds healing. When she’s not in session, Brynn finds joy in tending her garden and playing with Milo, her doodle. Milo occasionally joins sessions, offering his gentle presence and proving to be a wonderful regulator. And if you’d prefer, Milo is just as happy to play home.
