Remembering Your True Nature: A Somatic and Nature-Based Approach to Healing
Life is a continual dance of remembering and forgetting our true nature. As a counseling intern and yoga and meditation guide, I am deeply interested in somatic awareness and nature-informed approaches to healing. I believe that some of the most powerful pathways to self-understanding emerge through attuning to the wisdom of the body and deepening our relationship with the natural world. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and exploratory. I support individuals navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and periods of disconnection by creating a space that invites curiosity, presence, and compassion. Sessions may incorporate mindfulness practices, gentle body-based awareness, creative reflection, or time in nature, as appropriate and within the scope of my role as an intern and always guided by each client’s unique needs and pace. I aim to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, cultivating steadiness, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging within. Together, we explore what it means to feel more at home in your body, your experiences, and your life.
