Lily is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a specialization in Couples Therapy, from National University in September 2025. She completed her year-long clinical internship at Olympia Therapy, where she worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns. Lily is passionate about supporting adults of all ages, couples, and families through life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and the unique experiences that come with neurodivergence. Her clinical approach draws from Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, EFT, systemic modalities, and a strengths-based perspective. She believes therapy is a brave, vulnerable, and deeply human process. She strives to create a space where you feel seen. Her goal is to help people build stronger, more connected relationships, both with others and within themselves.
Outside of the therapy room, Lily loves being active, exploring the beautiful state of Washington, and trying all of the creative hobbies she can!
