Brittney’s approach to counseling is to accompany you in your search for holistic wellness. She will be by your side at each step of your journey to help alleviate or resolve challenging feelings, as well as help you explore the patterns of conflicts that seem to repeat themselves. She will provide a safe environment for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and feelings, as well as teach healthy coping skills to help you navigate the challenging world we live in. Her goal is to help you find the peace and balance that your mind needs to live as genuinely as you can. In her free time, Brittney likes to explore the outdoors, read, and spend time with her husband and two young neurodivergent children. She enjoys learning new crafts and has learned how to crochet, embroider, and Cricut. Brittney is a huge advocate for the neurodivergent community, in which she also identifies as, and enjoys learning and educating others about the community.
