"Be Curious, Be Connected, Be You"

The Daring Way™️ was designed for working with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process, facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic & wholehearted living.

The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we LIVE, LOVE, PARENT, & LEAD.

The Daring Greatly™ program is based on Brené’s bestselling 3rd book of the same name. It is about learning to truly show up wholeheartedly in your life through embracing your own worthiness, practicing healthy vulnerability, becoming more resilient to shame, and connecting deeply with the values you hold dear. You will build the courage to go out into the arenas of your life as your genuine self, to truly connect with the people you hold dear and to dare to go after your dreams.

Rising Strong™ is a new program based on Brené’s 4th book of the same name. It is about recognizing the stories that you tell yourself about your life, particularly about the moments when you stumble. These stories shape our thoughts, emotions and actions, and reckoning with them empowers you to take a fresh look at your emotions and internal narrative. It is about how to get up after you stumble and have the courage to go forward wholeheartedly as you write brave new endings to your stories.
